CLient On Boarding form
Route placement can be secured by completing our Client On Boarding form. We do not require a deposit.
You will find the online form at the bottom of this page. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Required Documents for travel
All horses must have a current Coggins & Health Certificate.
Coggins expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
Health Certificates expire 30 days from the date they are issued.
If the horse will be in transit when the expiration occurs, you must obtain a new Coggins or Health Certificate.
Client On Boarding Form
Documents required for travel include the below form, a current Health Certificate (less than 30 days old from anticipated date of arrival), a current Coggins (less than 12 months old from the date of arrival).
